Where can I view my orders?

You can view all orders placed through the Casall PRO B2B portal via 'My Pages' when logged in.

Can I modify my order?

Once an order has been registered in the Casall PRO B2B portal, we are unable to modify the ordered products or quantities.

Where is my invoice sent?

Your invoice will automatically be sent to the billing email address provided during registration.

If you need to update your billing email address or have questions regarding your invoice, please contact Casall customer support.

An order confirmation will be sent to your specified email address as soon as your order has been registered.

Haven't received an order confirmation? - Please check your spam folder before contacting Casall customer service.

A missing order confirmation may indicate that the order has not been processed correctly.

How can I view prices for Casall PRO products?

When you are a registered customer in our B2B portal, you will have received login credentials for your personal page.

Once logged into the B2B portal, the prices specific to you as a Casall PRO customer will be displayed.

As a customer, you can also request quotes for products from Matrix, Atepaa and more.

How do I become a customer at Casall PRO?

If you want to purchase Casall PRO products, you need a login to our B2B portal.

If you have an existing customer number with Casall PRO, you will need to register during your first purchase to gain access to our B2B shop.
