DELIVERY
Delivery is made FCA unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Casall is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or subcontractor. Delivery normally takes place within 5-7 working days from the time the order is placed. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery notice containing shipping information and carrier details.

RETURNS
Each order is binding for the buyer, and the return of non-defective goods can only be made after a special agreement. When a return is caused by a Casall error, the item will be fully credited, and no return deduction will apply. For agreed returns, the customer may be charged a return fee covering transportation costs and warehouse handling. Returns are not accepted for non-stock items or goods that are used and damaged.

TRANSPORT
Inspect your delivery upon receipt and check the packaging carefully before the carrier leaves. If you notice damage to the packaging, ask the carrier to make a note before signing for the goods. It is important that you keep the packaging and pallet. Transport damage must be reported to infopro@casall.se within a reasonable time from receipt. 

When reporting, Casall requires the following information:

🢭 Your order number
🢭 Whether the driver made a note when the damage was discovered upon delivery
🢭 The location of the damage. Please include pictures in the email of:

1. The damage to the product
2. The waybill
3. The damage to the packaging

Once we have received your damage report and heard back from the carrier, we will normally follow up within 1-2 working days.

PAYMENT
Unless otherwise agreed, the agreed price, including any applicable VAT, as well as shipping and packaging costs, will be invoiced, and payment must be made according to the invoice terms. If the customer fails to pay on time, Casall has the right to charge interest for late payment (currently 1% per month) from the due date.
