Warranties

All Casall PRO products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty covers products against manufacturing defects, and the warranty period begins on the delivery date, lasting for at least the period specified on each product page.

Questions about Warranty & Service

All warranty and service matters must be reported via the Casall service portal at www.service.casall.se

Through our service portal, you can file a fault report, order/purchase spare parts, or ask questions regarding technical support.

How do I make a complaint?

Casall stands for high quality, and our products should always meet this standard. If, however, an item is damaged upon delivery, you are, of course, entitled to file a complaint.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are requested to submit your case via the Casall service portal within 5 days of receiving the delivery.

In the Casall service portal, you can also submit questions regarding warranty claims, technical support, and other issues, and our knowledgeable service team will get back to you with a response.

Return Policy

At present, Casall PRO unfortunately does not offer a right of return or exchange for B2B customers.
